For interviewers
Good questions to ask me
- Why do so many civic-tech platforms fail, and what do the survivors have in common?
- What does an elected official’s office actually need to hear from residents?
- Can technology help democracy without becoming social media?
- What’s the difference between being heard and being counted?
- What does it mean to mistake the label for the thing?
