What it will cover
Three kinds of letters.
1
Places trying something new.
Towns, cities and offices experimenting with how people take part between elections.
2
What civic tech’s history teaches.
The platforms that came before us: what worked, what didn’t, and why it still matters.
3
Honest notes from building Agora.
What we’re learning as we build, including what isn’t working yet.

The book I’m writing
A book about what democracy asks of the people who have it.
There’s a full draft, and I’m revising it now. It’s my own project, separate from Agora.
